Our Curriculum

Kindergarten is a 'home away from home' and it consists of Nursery, Junior KG and Senior KG classes. It provides child-centered and activity - oriented process of learning based on play way method. Our school identifies the special abilities of a child at an early stage and nurtures them systematically without compromising with the academics. The all-round development of each child is enhanced with formal and informal, indoor and outdoor activities.

Our program emphasizes on a creative and experiential learning to develop physical dexterity, early literacy and math skills, and problem-solving abilities. A separate well-equipped Activity Room and play area supplement much fun to the tiny tots. Kalvi's Discovery Zone helps little children discover and learn new things through play-based exploration. It shows them how the skills they develop in class can be used in real-life contexts and encourages learning within the STEM subjects. The Psychomotor Gym caters to gross motor development of children with Music and Movement based Eurhythmics programme with a focus on through balance, stretching, skipping, jumping and hopping.


Our Primary School covers seven years during which the basic skills in all subjects are further enhanced and higher order skills are introduced to challenge students and stimulate their interests. Through our specially designed curriculum the students experience the joy of learning, gain a deep understanding of important concepts, learn to accept personal responsibility for actions, decisions, and outcomes and are guided by motivated, well - trained, and nurturing teachers.

Our Learning to Learn approach teaching promotes critical thinking and creativity; encourages research-based classroom transactions and teaches respect for individual difference. The programme is designed to match learning styles and integrates technology in the classroom while fostering respect for culture and tradition, inculcating a sense of social responsibility. The Secondary and Senior Secondary sections act as a platform to enhance the all round development of students. The emphasis is on striking the right balance between academics and extra-curricular activities to ensure excellence in all areas. The dynamism of classrooms, the vitality of the playfield and a congenial atmosphere enable the students to attain highest potential whether in securing distinctions in the Board Examinations or winning accolades in the sports arena, literary and extra-curricular activities. The assessment for Class 10 is All India Secondary School Examination (AISSE) and for Class 12, All India Senior School Certificate Examination (AISSCE). conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi.
